I’ve always believed that strong relationships are at the heart of every successful business—and that belief has guided my entire career.

I grew up in Reading, Ohio, and now call Goshen home. For over 12 years, I worked in a pediatrician’s office, where I developed a deep appreciation for organization, attention to detail, and, most importantly, caring for people during important moments in their lives. That experience shaped my ability to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and build lasting trust with clients.

In 2019, I earned my real estate license and began working in the industry firsthand. While I didn’t pursue real estate full-time, I remained closely connected to the client experience—supporting transactions, managing details, and understanding what it truly takes to keep deals moving smoothly from start to finish.

Today, I’m bringing that experience into my work in transaction coordination through 4C Management. My goal is simple: to support real estate agents by managing the behind-the-scenes details that keep transactions organized, compliant, and stress-free—so you can stay focused on serving your clients and growing your business.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three and have been with my boyfriend for seven years. My family is my foundation and my motivation, and they inspire the level of care, dedication, and reliability I bring to everything I do.
